Default The Prayer Jesus Taught Us: Part 11

The Prayer Jesus Taught Us: Part 11

Today we will continue in a devotional series that focuses on the prayer Jesus taught us. May it be a blessing to you as your heart draws near to Him in prayer in the days and months ahead.
In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. Matthew 6:9-13 NKJV
…..
…Forever.
God is eternal. Everything about Him is good and right, and He will always be that way.
He is good to you now, and He will always be good to you. He loves you now, and He will always love you. Everything that is really important is eternal. Prayer is a reminder that you are a person of time with eternity in your heart.
When you pray for strength in times of trial, it is also good to remember that one day all your tears will all be wiped away…when you pray for healing, it is also good to remember that one day your body will never be weak or weary again…when you pray for grace on your journey, it is also good to remember that one day your earthly pilgrimage will end at God’s celestial city.
Before the mountains were brought forth, Or ever You had formed the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God. Psalm 90:2 NKJV

We stay sober and clean together - one day at a time!
God says that each of us is worth loving.
