Like this, the shortest and most powerful prayer is "Help!" I believe a thought is a prayer, you don't have to say them. What you give out is returned, often 10 fold, so keep your thoughts clean and sober. Sobriety means soundness of mind. When there is a lot of chaos going around in our head, it is hard to hear the good orderly direction we need each day to maintain our sobriety.
