R is for Reason. They say we should reason things, I found that I have to do it with my sponsor. Me alone with me isn't always good. I have no one to point out the reasons not to do!
As my son told me many years ago. "Mother, why don't you go to your meeting. It doesn't make sense. Don't you always say you feel better if you go to a meeting. What reason do you have to stay home when you know you can go to a meeting and feel better.
