Like the phrase "It is never too late." I found that if I missed a lesson first time around, my God brings me back time and again until I surrender, accept, and find the willingness to learn.
I am glad He didn't give up on me. I was 49 when I found the doors of recovery. I am even more grateful He still doesn't give up on me in today. Grateful that this is a one day at a time program, just for today, I choose not to use.
