This reminds me of what my sponsor said to me, when I asked what I had to change, and I was told everything. I was to take my thought and turn it 180 deg. My best thinking got me to the doors of recovery, so if I wanted to heal and change, I needed to change my thinking as well as drop a few habits, ideals, behaviours, and patterns that had become a part of my life.
Had picked up a few along the way, that no longer serve me in recovery.
