This is not a quick fix program. It is one day at a time, and each day is a new beginning. We often come for a quick fix, a band aid, something that will cover things up so we can go back to our old life and/or we do it for others, not recognizing our own dis-ease. If I am not willing to go to any length to find sobriety (soundness of mind) I will relapse, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I had to get to the root to see and heal from the inside out. Addiction isn't just skin deep, it is deep rooted.
