We mess up because we are human. Just because I make a mistake, doesn't mean I am one. I can mess up, but I don't have to pick up over it. Messing up doesn't need to mean relapse. Apply the tools of the program, use the phone, go to meetings, get a support network, make a call before you slip instead of waiting until you follow a thought with action to relapse. When you get the thought, pick up the phone or go to a meeting, and remember God answers knee-mail.
