Default Did you wake up today? Do your eyes see? Are you breathing?

LIVING THE SOLUTION WITH DAILY INSPIRATION
Hallelujah! Praise God in his holy house of worship praise him under the open skies;
Praise him for his acts of power, praise him for his magnificent greatness;
Praise with a blast on the trumpet, praise by strumming soft strings;
Praise him with castanets and dance, praise him with banjo and flute;
Praise him with cymbals and a big bass drum, praise him with fiddles and mandolin.
Let every living, breathing creature praise God! Hallelujah! (Psalm 150 — The Message)

Did you wake up today? Do your eyes see? Are you breathing? Then this Psalm is for your instruction.

This is not an all inclusive list. The writer was speaking of things that were common in his day, but his point was to use whatever you have and give it all you’ve got. Play with abandon, dance until you drop, and hold nothing back in your praise of God for who He is and what He has done. Your dance does not have to be choreographed; your playing does not have to be rehearsed. We are to use the things and gifts that God has given us to spontaneously give Him the praise, worship and credit He deserves.

So it matters not what you are doing today, respond impulsively to God. Let your heart cry out in adoration to God for all He has done and for who He is. Let every living, breathing creature praise God!

Live intentionally, purposely, free and with passion,

Pete Reinbold

My eyes open, but it takes a while for the rest to follow. The brain is usually the slowest these days, I think it is old age. The body doesn`t move as fast, and it takes a few to get mobile.

It takes prayer, meditation, and some stretches to become whole.
