How We Got Faith

With this problem it's common enough that we'll all want to do something about this on our own. We'll think it's my problem, and I should be able to find some way of fixing it on my own. And off we go trying what so many of us have already tried to do and failed, and that's to try to fix this problem on our own. We never fix this by ourselves, we only continue to get sicker and sicker to the point of where we might actually end up dying from this problem, and many of us do. It's only after we all have tried everything on our own that we could think of and failed, that we finally reach a place where all that's left for us was to have some kind of faith that something else was going to have to do this for us, that we couldn't do it on our own. Then and only then are we ready for recovery. And if we're not there now, we can always hope that one day we will be because recovery is the only thing that's ever really worked for all of us who have this problem.
