Default Victory Over Failure

VICTORY OVER FAILURE

Sometimes the decisions we make in life cause us to fail. Sometimes the lack of action creates the failure. Other times sin causes us to fail. Whatever the reason, we will experience failure throughout our lifetime. However, we can learn from our failure when we quickly pick ourselves back up, turn away from the sin, and return to Christ. He is merciful and just. He will forgive us and help us get back on the right track.

Hebrews 4:16 "So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most." (NLT)

Dear Lord, we know when we come to You with anything, You will help us. We know we mess up. We fail. We sin. Help us to quickly turn from what we have done wrong and turn back to You. Thank You for Your mercy and Your grace. Thank You for Your forgiveness and love. Help us to move forward and learn from the failures in our lives. Help us to help others from our experiences. In Jesus' name. Amen.

God wants us to turn from what we are doing wrong before it's too late.

Our choices in life can cause us to fail when we leave God out of our decisions.

When we stop and think about our failures, God can help us learn something we can share with others.

We can help others from what we have learned from our own failures.

Jesus died so we could be forgiven for any failure from sin in our lives.

John 8:11b "Go and sin no more." (NLT)

Focus: God forgives us when we confess to Him any sin. And He will help us to learn from our failures.
