Like Going To Meetings
After we get use to going to recovery meetings we'll start to look forward to and enjoy how we feel after the meeting. No matter what's going on with us or what's happening in our life we always feel better after attending a meeting. Lots of times we don't even want to go to a meeting for whatever reason but afterwards are always glad that we did because of how it changes how we feel. There is actual something physical going on here and it has to do with how we're all made, combined with what goes on in the meetings that will always give us what we experience afterwards. This can explains why some of us may go to more meetings then we need to trying to chase that feeling that comes afterwards. Not to worry though the worst thing that can happen by doing that is the rest of our life will become out of balance and sooner or later as the case may be will demand that we start paying attention to that.
