Our recovery begins with the same elements for all of us. First comes the humiliation which can lead to a humility that's followed up by the truth and being humbled. This is the process by which our spirits start to be revived. It's interesting that we can feel this but aren't always sure what it is. Even more interesting is now when we encounter someone who is spiritually dead like we once had been there's something different between us they can feel it and so can we. Make no mistake about it, we are far better off now than we were before and we are the only ones that can preserve that or choose to give it away. The awkwardness of this situation might tempt us to want to give it away. They might even promote us to do so, but usually the high price we all had to pay in humiliation is enough that we won't.
