If we attend to what we have , then our mind will not have space for what we don't have.

Good one. We so often look at what we don't have instead of focusing on what we do have and how far we have come in our recovery.

Hello and good morning ,
I would just like to report my gratitude for this page ,it has become very helpful in my recovery. Every morning i read in the section "Recovery Readings" and always find something that applies to my current feelings which give me insight and awareness. I especially enjoy the section with the famous quotes, which often speak volumes in a very few words. I have a little over 5 years clean/sober and my life has changed so much. Thank you for your time and effort on this page, i am certain that i am not the only one whose life you have blessed. I believe the only way for me to repay this debit is to continue helping others with what i have received and directing my sponcee,s to this page to do the same. Sincerely Roy

I just want to thank you for this post. You touched my soul. I'm not active in my addiction, but I am struggling with overwhelm in life. Gratitude is always the thing that calls me back home.

Just contemplating the beauty you shared put me in a better more hopeful frame of mind.

Thank you for responding...I am overwhelmed right now and your share reminds me to make conscious contact with my HP yet again. That and gratitude and humility help me more than I can say.

Grateful for the program, without it I don't think I would be here in today.

Grateful that I can still post as my computer s slowly making it difficult to post.

Grateful for this site and will come as long as I can. The internet cafe is closed downstairs, so don't have that outlet to go to. I can still go to the library, as long as it doesn't rain or snow.

Grateful for my sobriety. My God is my lifeline that has kept me on track.

Grateful for all those who have walked this journey with me.
